We believe philanthropy can be a powerful force for positive change, and we help donors reimagine their approach to charitable giving. Instead of following traditional methods of grant-making and transactional philanthropy, NCF takes a more strategic approach.
We see charitable giving as a one-to-many proposition, not a one-to-one exchange. This idea is what guides our mission to maximize the impact of donors’ charitable giving while helping them establish lasting legacies for generations to come.
Our Core Values
Humility: We demonstrate humility by listening to, learning from and respecting our donors, our nonprofit colleagues and stakeholders
and by prioritizing our mission and our community in everything we do.
Innovation: We foster innovation by encouraging our team, our board, our donors, and community stakeholders to explore creative solutions that challenge traditional philanthropy and drive transformative community impact.
Trust: We build trust with our team, our board, our donors, and community stakeholders through transparency, accountability, and integrity. By nurturing genuine partnerships rooted in honesty and ethical practice, we work together to create lasting change.
