JOB TITLE: Accounting Manager/Advisor | Wealth By Real Estate | Denver, CO

COMPENSATION:
Annual Salary of $90,000 plus medical healthcare after 90 days, PTO

AVAILABILITY:
Full-time | Monday – Friday | In-office

A dynamic and innovative organization is seeking a motivated and qualified individual with a background in real estate finance, accounting and operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

· Direct Accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy, compliance and strategic planning.

· Financial budgeting/forecasting, financial reporting, bookkeeping and overall financial management.

· Manage administrative requirements involved in real estate transactions such as arranging utilities and HOA, contractor payments, and supply orders.

· Responsible for tax prep, payroll, and insurance.

· Financial optimization and structure of email correspondence for various entities.

· Administrative support as needed.

POSITION COMPETENCIES:

· Thorough accounting of accounting principles (QuickBooks experience required).

· Ability to handle and solve difficult or unexpected situations quickly and decisively.

· Basic understanding of fix and flips and wholesaling preferred.

· Strategic thinker and strong decision making skills.

· Pro-active, self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, including google docs, sheets, and organization of all business documents.

· Interest in real estate is a plus, but real estate experience is not required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.

· CPA certification is preferred.

· Five-years’ experience in an operations, accounting or financial role required.
