What You’ll Be Doing

• Spend 80% of your time in the field, meeting with construction contractors at job sites and offices

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers

• Generate new business through cold calls, site visits, and referrals

• Collaborate with our recruiters to match contractors with the right talent

• Negotiate deals and close contracts that deliver real value

• Manage and grow your own book of business

What We’re Looking For

• A natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly

• Excellent communicator – confident, clear, and persuasive

• Self-motivated and driven to hit (and exceed) your targets

• Background in sales, construction, or staffing is a major plus

• Comfortable working independently, with a strong sense of accountability

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $42,000 – $45,000

• Uncapped commission with bi-weekly payouts
