The Screen Room / Sunroom Installer is responsible for the installation of custom screen rooms and sunrooms for residential and commercial clients. The installer must have at least 3 years of experience working with aluminum and related materials, a strong understanding of construction principles, and excellent attention to detail. No work on fridays! 4 days a week with full time hours .

Window & Aluminum Structure Installer Duties and Responsibilities

• Install or replace windows in residential home.
• Build screen rooms
• Take measurements/ data
• Painting and other remodeling duties as necessary
• Maintaining clean workspace
• Transporting equipment and tools to job sites
• Carpentry skills
• Familiarity with power tools
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience installing screen rooms and sunrooms using aluminum and related materials

• Preferred candidate should have their own tools

• Strong knowledge of construction principles

• Proficient in the use of power tools and equipment

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/blueprints

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
