Your job would be to:

Must know all 6 swim strokes, love kids, singing, games, water. This job provides an important community service and you will work closely with the families in our community by:

·         Acknowledge students and parents ASAP by using their name and shaking hands.

·         Prep, present and record lessons.

·         Track students progress and award their progress.

·         A good swim educator uses critical critique and is the best cheerleader.

·         Don’t let skills be practiced wrong.

·         Learn SWCD methods and songs and teaching techniques and use them, not yours.

·         Clear communication with me, other team members and clients (parents) about your needs, students’ progress, team members improvement.

·         Ask questions. This is how we actively learn.

·         Be considerate of the money the parents have paid and make your performance match that value.

·         Be a mentor – make a difference.

Be effective and efficient.
