Job Title: Plan Setup Specialist Max
Location: Hybrid – Mason, OH (2-3x per week in office)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: Through 12/31/2025

Job Summary

The Plan Setup Specialist Max plays a critical role in supporting Managed Vision Care clients by setting up and maintaining client data in the core claims administration system. The role ensures client information is accurate, compliant, and processed within established performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up new Managed Care groups in the claims processing system

• Fulfill requested updates to existing group configurations (excluding Reseller product changes)

• Create standard products in the system using the Product Key Sheet method

• Perform audits on client setup and maintenance requests (excluding complex configurations)

• Ensure compliance with corporate and industry audit standards (SOX, SSAE 18, etc.)

• Support Plan Setup team with daily administrative tasks, including:

  • Evaluating incoming requests

  • Coordinating work assignments

  • Running and preparing management reports

  • Performing quality audits

Qualifications

Experience:

• 1–3 years in a data entry or administrative role

• Prior auditing or system testing experience a plus

• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus

Skills:

• Strong computer proficiency is required

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Education:

• College degree or equivalent work experience required
