Almassian Jewelers is growing and seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team. We are a locally owned fine jewelry retailer, specializing in custom design, finished fine jewelry, and Swiss timepieces from some of the finest designers in the industry.

We are looking for a customer-focused, enthusiastic professional who thrives in a collaborative, non-commission sales environment. If you have a passion for fine jewelry and enjoy creating meaningful client relationships, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage clients in a warm, professional manner

• Identify client needs and recommend suitable jewelry and watch options

• Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service and product knowledge

• Assist clients with custom jewelry design consultations

• Support team operations including inventory, merchandising, and general showroom tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of fine jewelry sales experience (required)

• Associate’s Degree or higher (required)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A team-player mindset with a positive attitude

• Professional appearance and a polished, trustworthy demeanor
