We are currently seeking a highly organized, dynamic and confident Executive Assistant to support one of our Senior Partners. This is more than just a support role — it’s a chance to become a vital part of a close-knit team that values professionalism and high standards.
Position Overview:
In this key position, you’ll serve as a trusted right hand to a detail-oriented and fast-paced Senior Partner, ensuring smooth daily operations and top-tier service for our clients. You’ll manage everything from scheduling and client communications to preparing high-level legal documents — always with precision, professionalism, and grace under pressure.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, including meetings, deadlines, and personal and professional appointments
Serve as a liaison between the partner and clients, staff, and other key contacts
Coordinate communications — emails, calls, and in-person meetings — with professionalism and discretion
Draft, edit, and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain and organize confidential files, billing records, and internal systems
Handle travel logistics and occasional personal tasks for the partner
Provide general administrative support and help keep our office running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
A High School Degree is a must. A college degree is preferred,
At least 3 years of experience in a similar executive or legal assistant role (law firm experience strongly preferred)
Proven ability to stay composed under pressure and manage multiple priorities with poise
Strong communication skills and a professional presence
Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Ability to accept and implement direct feedback constructively
High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with basic legal software
