? Position: CNC Operator

Shift: 2nd Shift | Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $24.70/hour
Location: Albion, IN

?? What You’ll Do

• Operate multiple CNC machines with attention to quality and efficiency

• Perform machine adjustments including offsets and insert changes

• Use precision gauges to ensure top-tier product accuracy

• Keep accurate records of all completed work (job cards)

• Reduce scrap and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Move parts safely between machines, conveyors, and pallets

• Operate a Stud Press to add studs and races into hubs

• Follow all company safety and production policies

• Be flexible—support other duties as assigned by your supervisor

? What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 1–3 months of experience operating CNC machinery

• Comfortable making offsets and changeovers

• Strong basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

• Able to read and follow written instructions clearly

• Precision measuring experience (tape measures, gauges, calipers)

• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude

• Bonus if you have experience with hand tools (wrenches, calipers, etc.)

• Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform standing/reaching tasks throughout your shift
