INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!…Full Charge Bookkeeper/Account Manager needed for prominent WLA Business Management firm. Client is hiring immediately. Must have recent prior Business Management experience working with high-net-worth individuals along with several sets of books.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Record cash receipts and disbursements
• Record purchases and sales transactions
• Process and record payroll transactions
• Bill payment, account reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations, month-end closing
• Analyze client’s financials & discuss with Partners
• General ledger accounting, financial statement preparation
• Sales tax and payroll tax return preparation
• 1099's and W-2's preparation
• Business Tax Renewal preparation when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience; experience in Business Management firm is a must!!!
• Accounting degree preferred, not required
• Very computer literate with different softwares and working with 2 computers simultaneously
• Must have good technical and communication skills to communicate effectively with clients
• Must be professional with an excellent work ethic
