Qualifications:

• New graduates from accredited nursing programs or nurses with 1+ years in an acute care setting.
• Canadian citizenship and a valid NCLEX pass.
• Willingness to obtain a U.S. state license.
• Non-native English speakers must pass TOEFL or IELTS.
• Must obtain a valid Visa Screen Certificate before securing a TN Visa.

II shift - $3.50/hr

Night - $4.75/hour

Medsurg

46 bed units

1:5 or 6 patient ratio

18 admissions and 20 discharges a day

Work in a 7-unit team (CNAs, LPNs, Rn, and charge nurse)

Shifts 7am – 7pm

Shift differentials - $3.50 for second shift; $4.75 for third shifts

ER – at least 1-2 years of experience in an ER setting

100 admissions a day

Varied shifts

Same base and shift differentials

1:3 patient ratio
