Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Automotive Lube Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements. You will also assist with other basic automotive tasks while ensuring the highest level of customer service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform oil and filter changes on gas and diesel engines
• Check and top off vehicle fluids (coolant, transmission, brake, windshield, etc.)
• Inspect tires, rotate, and adjust tire pressure
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings
• Assist with minor vehicle maintenance and repairs under supervision
• Ensure shop area is clean, safe, and organized
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude
• Previous automotive experience preferred but not required – training provided
