We are seeking a Caregiver for Homecare to join our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home.

Responsibilities:

• Bathing and grooming
• Laundry and helping with dressing
• Food prep
• Housekeeping
• Managing medications
• Mobility assistance
• Companionship and emotional support
• Communicating with family members/doctors and monitoring medications, including keeping records of daily activities

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
