Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Manager with proven experience managing projects under the NYC School Construction Authority (SCA) and/or Job Order Contracting (JOC) programs. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with SCA/JOC guidelines, budgets, schedules, and safety standards. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to coordinate with contractors, city agencies, and stakeholders. Prior experience navigating NYC public construction environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from initiation through closeout under SCA and/or JOC contracts

• Ensure strict adherence to SCA/JOC contract requirements, regulations, and timelines

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and city officials

• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality control

• Oversee safety compliance and site inspections

• Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in NYC construction project management, specifically with SCA and/or JOC contracts

• Strong knowledge of NYC public construction standards and regulations

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $100,000 to $150,000
