The Retail Sales Trainee Role:

As a Retail Sales Trainee, you’ll work closely with experienced sales and customer service professionals to promote and sell our telecommunications products and services. Key Retail Sales Trainee responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales performance metrics in a retail environment
• Building relationships with potential clients and nurturing existing accounts through excellent customer service
• Identifying new sales opportunities and prospects through research and outreach
• Presenting and demonstrating telecommunications products to customers, highlighting features and benefits
• Establish genuine relationships with clientele and big-box retailers to encourage repeat business opportunities and ensure overall campaign success
