Calling all talented Line Cooks!

SHIFT HOURS - Tues-Thursday 2pm-9pm Friday and Saturday 2pm-10pm

Pay $18-$20/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes according to our recipes and standards.

Ensure all food is cooked to perfection, maintaining high quality and presentation.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a seafood-focused establishment.

Strong knowledge of seafood preparation techniques and cooking methods.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
