We are currently seeking an Apartment Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team! You will be responsible for picking up trash on property, cleaning common areas, and other required tasks. We also offer WEEKLY PAY!

Responsibilities:

• Complete tasks in a timely fashion
• Ability to work outside during all seasons
• Perform routine tasks assigned by maintenance supervisor
• Maintain reliability and professionalism

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in porter or other related janitorial fields
• Familiarity with pressure washing and light painting
• Ability to handle physical workload, working outside and on your feet
• Detail-oriented
