The New Patient Coordinator is the first point of contact for potential and new patients at our orthodontic practice. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience, guiding patients through the onboarding process, and ensuring smooth scheduling and communication between the patient and the clinical team. A successful candidate will be personable, organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills. Candidate must a Registered Dental Assistant with X-ray certification, comfortable with completing diagnostic records on patients.
