Job Title: Workers' Compensation Paralegal (Bilingual - Spanish or Russian Required)

Overview:
Major Worker's Compensation and Personal Injury firm is seeking a detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join their team. Fluency in Spanish or Russian is required. The ideal candidate will assist in managing workers' compensation claims, prepare legal documents, and communicate with clients in their language. This position is fully in-office Monday-Friday. There are 2 positions available- 1 located in the Financial District of Manhattan and 1 located Downtown Brooklyn) 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file workers' compensation claims and legal documents.
• Communicate with clients in Russian or Spanish to gather information and provide updates.
• Assist in trial preparation and manage case files.
• Schedule hearings and maintain legal calendars.
• Perform legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate or relevant experience (2+ years preferred).
• Fluency in Russian or Spanish required.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation law.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
