About the Opportunity:
BlueBear Solutions is hiring a contract trial paralegal to support a high-profile trial beginning this summer in Philadelphia. You’ll work alongside a seasoned trial team, helping prepare daily materials and supporting courtroom operations in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

This is a contract role, beginning on or around July 7, with on-site responsibilities in Center City Philadelphia. Trial is currently scheduled to begin August 4, with prep ramping up in July.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a team of 4+ paralegals to prep daily witness materials and trial exhibits

• Assist with courtroom support: exhibit handling, timeline coordination, and live troubleshooting alongside two lead paralegals

• Prepare and maintain exhibit lists, binders, and witness kits

• Communicate with attorneys and trial techs to ensure materials are ready each day

• Manage and update materials using shared platforms (Teams, NextPoint)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Previous in-court trial experience strongly preferred, especially in civil or antitrust litigation

• Familiarity with tools such as NextPoint, Everlaw, Excel, Microsoft Teams

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented war room environment

• Calm under pressure and highly organized
   

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience
