About the Role

We’re looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of families—while having the freedom to work remotely. No prior insurance or sales experience required—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

As a Remote Insurance Agent, you’ll help clients secure Mortgage Protection and Final Expense insurance from a portfolio of 20+ top-rated carriers. This role is commission-based, offering the flexibility to build your own schedule and control your income.

What You’ll Do

  • Help families find affordable coverage to protect their mortgage and final expenses

  • Conduct virtual or in-home appointments (typically 45–60 minutes)

  • Use a proven sales system with scripts, presentations, and tools provided

  • Work with exclusive, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!)

  • Follow up with clients who request information via direct mail, online forms, or call-ins

  • Submit applications and track client interactions

Income Potential

  • Commission Only: ~$500+ per application

    • On average, Part-Time: $30,000–$60,000/year

    • Full-Time: $75,000–$180,000+/year

  • 5% commission increase every 2 months (for qualifying agents)

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Self-motivated and able to manage your time

  • Comfortable with virtual tools and remote work

  • Willing to obtain a life insurance license (we’ll guide you through it)

  • Interested in helping families and building a career in a recession-resistant industry

This is a 1099/Commission-Only role. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
