We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist in Charge to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pharmacy staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional patient service. This role requires a strong foundation in clinical pharmacy practices, inventory management, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Duties

• Supervise daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Manage and train pharmacy staff
• Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure availability of medications.
• Utilize pharmacy software systems for efficient workflow management and documentation.

Requirements

• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Proficient in pharmacy software systems and inventory management practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

We are a new Community Pharmacy opening in Clearwater, FL on Gulf To Bay Blvd.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
