We are seeking a highly organized and responsible office assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, answer phones, and help around the office. Other duties will include assisting the office manager with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, answer phones, schedule sales and service appointments, and help around the office

• Other duties will include assisting the office manager with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly

• Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information

• Perform clerical duties, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed

• Handle customer inquiries both by phone and email

• Enter new customer information into the system

• Update existing customer information

• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

• Help where needed in the office
