Skilled Maintenance Technician for established apartment complex in Essex Junction, VT.

Are you a hands-on problem solver with expertise in plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work? We’re looking for a Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform plumbing repairs and installations
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
• Maintain and service HVAC and mechanical systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Respond to service requests and after-hours emergencies
• Assist with snow removal
