We’re looking for a Construction Project Supervisor who shares our commitment to quality, care, and clear communication. Someone who takes pride in their work, steps in where needed, and treats each project like it's their own.

What you’ll do:

• Visit job sites daily to keep projects running smoothly

• Keep clients in the loop so they always feel heard and cared for

• Coordinate schedules, materials, and team members

• Handle challenges with creativity and calm

• Be a trusted point person from start to finish

What you bring:

• Experience in residential construction or related fields

• Comfort using digital tools for reports and scheduling

• A strong sense of accountability and attention to detail

• A collaborative, kind, and problem-solving mindset

• The ability to see both the big picture and the fine print
