Job Title: Account Representative / Collection Specialist

Department: collections

Employment type: Full-time

Compensation: $15/hr.- $20/hr + Commissions

Hours of operation: Monday – Friday 8-4:30 pm

Essential Job Functions:

· Interact with customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls to provide information. about their account.

· Placing Outbound notification calling.

· Customer Skip tracing.

· Maintenance of assigned clients with proper documentation and status.

· Entering of payment arrangements.

· Perform of any other assigned duties.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

· Able to work in a team environment.

· Previous experience in billing, customer services, or related fields.

· Ability to build rapport with clients.

· Written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to prioritize and multitask.

· Able to work on a fast – paced environment.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain sited.
