Controls Engineer – Drive Innovation in Dairy Automation
Join an industry leader in product innovation and automation excellence shaping the future of the dairy industry. We’re looking for a talented, creative, and driven Controls Engineer to bring their expertise and fresh ideas to our forward-thinking team. This is your opportunity to make a real impact—developing cutting-edge automation solutions that help modern dairy operations thrive.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
As a Controls Engineer here, you’ll do more than just program PLCs—you’ll play a key role in advancing our next generation of smart, scalable, and dependable dairy technology. Collaborate with some of the best minds in product development, field service, and manufacturing to deliver systems that set new standards for performance and reliability.
What You’ll Do:
Design, develop, and program advanced PLC and HMI systems for our industry-leading dairy equipment.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance control systems—both in the field and in R&D environments.
Contribute to groundbreaking R&D projects, helping shape the future of dairy automation.
Ensure every system we deliver lives up to our reputation for quality, innovation, and dependability.
What We’re Looking For:
We want more than a programmer—we want a visionary problem-solver and collaborator who thrives on tackling complex challenges and bringing innovative ideas to life.
Solid background in industrial controls and automation, with hands-on experience in PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks.
Passion for technology and innovation, and a desire to make a tangible impact.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
Experience in the dairy, food processing, or agricultural automation industry is a strong plus.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in controls engineering or industrial automation.
Creativity, curiosity, and a drive to push the boundaries of what’s possible in automation.
If you’re ready to bring your skills, ideas, and passion for innovation to a company that values your contributions and empowers you to succeed, we’d love to hear from you. Help us keep the dairy industry moving forward—one smart solution at a time.
