Gold Pediatrics LLC is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant with the following: Only serious candidates that MEET the following criteria should apply:

-At least 1 year experience as a medical assistant

- Pediatric experience, is a MUST

- Immunizations with Infants and Teens MUST

-Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST

-Experience with electronic health records, preferably eClinicalWorks

-Excellent communication skills on the phone and in person

-Experience with word processing skills

-Well organized and with excellent time management skills

-Must be friendly and polite with clients and fellow employees

-Must be able to document and relay information accurately and in detail

-Must work well with others and be a team player

-Must comply with HIPPA regulations

-Must agree to a background check

-Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday (40 hours weekly)

-There will be rotating Saturday morning hours, 8am to 12pm

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care by measuring vital signs, administering immunizations, and ensuring comfort during visits.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, offering bilingual support in Spanish and English.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information.
