• Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance: Bring your green thumb to the table and help us make our outdoor spaces look so good, they’ll practically be on a vacation!
• Minor Painting: Show off your artistry while adding fresh touches to both the interiors and exteriors of our beloved buildings.
• Trash Removal: Become the champion of clean by efficiently converting trash into “move-in ready” apartments.
• Power Washing: Let loose with the power washer and make everything sparkle like it’s got something to prove!

What You’ll Need:

• A reliable set of tools (for our handy Maintenance Technicians).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
