TriMarc Installation, a Division of Atlanta Design Group, headquartered in Norcross, GA is opening a facility in Nashville, TN and  has an immediate opening for an Operations Manager. This position reporting directly to the Vise-President of TriMarc.

TriMarc is looking for an energetic team member to provide leadership and training for our traveling and local Installation crews. In addition, this candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operational aspects of the business. In this role you will work with clients and staff members to meet established operating goals and standards.

TriMarc Installation is a “white-glove” installation service catering to Interior Designers delivering and installing fine furniture, accessories, artwork and mirrors for model homes, residential and commercial projects. TriMarc currently installs model homes in the Southeast, Northeast and Midwest for some of the top residential home builders in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Determine staffing requirements and facilitate the hiring process; coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of move crew
• Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory
• Lead mover/driver training; responsible for team development and motivation
• Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration guidelines
• Serve as the “on-call” contact outside of normal business hours
• Complete performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction; oversee damage resolution process

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
• 1-2 years of management or equivalent experience
• Experience with Department of Transportation regulations
• Driver’s license with good driving record
• Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Commitment to customer service
• Physical stamina to assist with lifting/carrying 100 lbs. or more
• Proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook
