Position Overview:

  • Location: Northern Minnesota (Only 15 minutes fromVoyageurs National Park!)
  • Schedule: Monday Saturday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Setting: Retail pharmacy within a leading medical center

Your Responsibilities:

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely
  • Provide patient-centered counseling on medication use, adherence, and side effects
  • Monitor outcomes and collaborate with healthcare teams
  • Supervise pharmacy support staff and contribute to daily workflow
  • Stay current on new pharmacy tech and best practices
  • Ensure full compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota Pharmacist License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • BLS certification
  • PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Excellent communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills

Preferred (but not required):

  • ACLS certification
  • Immunization certification
  • 1+ year of retail pharmacy experience
