Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and heavy equipment to facilitate the efficient movement of materials within our warehouse. This role is crucial for maintaining an organized and productive work environment while adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Position starts at $17.00/HR with a raise to $19.50/HR (plus benefits, bonuses, and differentials) after 90 days.

1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:30PM

3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11:00PM - 7:30AM

You will train on day shift and move to a 2nd or 3rd shift.

The ideal candidates should be hard workers with positive attitudes and a readiness to learn! Preference given to candidates with a good work history.

Responsibilities of Machine Operators:

• Filling and preparing customer orders for shipment
• Picking/packing steel products
• Cutting/altering steel products to meet customer needs
• Operating cranes, forklifts, and process machines
• Lifting up to 75 lbs as needed
• Potential for overtime and evening hours
• Requirements of Machine Operators and Material Handlers:
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent attendance
• Basic computer and math skills
• Good attitude
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we encourage any candidate with good work history to apply
