Exciting Opportunity: Pediatric Occupational Therapist in the Pearland, TX area.

We're currently seeking dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support children in a clinical setting in the Pearland, TX area.
Qualifications:
- Texas State license in Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Master's or doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) required unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor's degree
- Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) preferred
Role Overview:
As an OT, you will support children in a clinic setting by assessing their needs, developing individualized plans, and implementing interventions to help them succeed. This role offers the opportunity to work with pediatric patients in a supportive environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
Job Details:
- You can have flexibility in your schedule, we offer a traditional 5 day schedule or 4-10 hour days or even 3 days working 10-12 hours
- 26 of your 40 scheduled hours are direct patient care so you'll have plenty of time to manage paperwork and planning
- You'll see a wide variety of patients with varying diagnoses. If you are a new grad or seasoned professional you'll find a rewarding caseload that will allow you to grow your skillset
- Clinic is also home to a behavioral program. Behavior Analysts are part of the team and able to collaborate with you for best outcomes
- On-site mentorship and support is available in this multidisciplinary clinic
- Assess children's motor, sensory, and functional abilities to identify areas of need and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions, helping them achieve developmental goals.
- Work closely with families and other specialists to create a supportive environment tailored to child's unique needs
