• Position: Propane Delivery Driver (Class B CDL)
• Experience: No propane experience required.
• CDL: Not required to start — training provided for long-term applicants

Key Responsibilities – Propane Delivery Driver (CDL Trainee or Licensed)

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck (bobtail) to transport and deliver propane to residential, commercial, and agricultural customers across Lancaster County and surrounding areas
• Provide exceptional customer service at every stop—greet customers courteously, answer basic questions, and represent Ressler Propane with professionalism and care
• Follow delivery schedules and routing instructions to ensure efficient and timely service
• Perform accurate and complete delivery documentation, including meter readings, delivery tickets, and customer signatures
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure truck safety and DOT compliance
• Load and unload propane safely using proper procedures, equipment, and personal protective gear
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff, reporting delivery status, delays, or safety concerns in real-time
• Maintain a clean and organized truck, ensuring a professional appearance and safe working environment
• Build trusted customer relationships by being courteous, reliable, and responsive to individual needs
• Adhere to all company safety policies and industry regulations related to propane delivery, hazardous materials handling, and DOT requirements
• Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing safety education, including company-sponsored CDL certification (if not already licensed)
