DRIVER LEAD WANTED – Experienced Route Supervisor

Portland|Salem|McMinnville|Vancouver (Flexible Location)

We are hiring an experienced driver leader to manage Amazon/FedEx-style delivery routes. If you have hands-on knowledge of logistics or DSP operations, we want you!

✅ Requirements:

• Legal work authorization in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license & active auto insurance (preferably commercial)

• Experience with DSP / FedEx / UPS / Amazon routes

• Strong understanding of delivery standards, timing, and safety

• Able to manage drivers, schedule shifts, and handle emergencies

• Proficiency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery routes in assigned cities

• Recruit & train new drivers

• Handle emergency situations (sick calls, vehicle issues, missed deliveries)

• Monitor delivery success rate, safety & performance
