Tired of working nights? We only have daytime shifts, NO swing or graveyard shifts. We are a company with a 27 year track record of servicing homeowners associations in the Las Vegas valley is in need of both full and part time staff. Must have own reliable transportation, valid driver license and insurance. Applicates must be self starters and reliable. Most work shifts are Monday thru Friday daytime hours, some shifts work on Saturday but still have 2 days off. Applicant must be able to spend work shift on their feet and be able to lift at least 40 pounds. All equipment is provided. Uniforms, gas card, paid holidays and paid vacation ( after 1 year ) Starting rate is $16.00 to $ 17.00 per hour

$250.00 employment bonus for after 60 days based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
