The Role:

As a Service Sales Rep, you’re the frontline ambassador of fire safety—building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing solutions that protect their people, property, and peace of mind. Your job isn’t just to sell—it’s to serve, solve, and create lasting impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively identify and pursue service sales opportunities for Annual Inspections,
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with property manangers, regional managers, building owners, facility managers.
  • Conduct site walks and assessments to generate accurate proposals and system recommendations.
  • Partner with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay current on trends, and competitive offerings to better serve clients.
  • Meet (and exceed) sales goals—because our solutions sell themselves when paired with the right person.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (business services industry preferred).
  • CRM Utilization Experience is a Must
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter mentality and a passion for helping customers solve real problems.
  • Ability to manage your pipeline, time, and territory effectively.
  • Familiarity with fire protection systems and NFPA codes is a big plus—but if you’re willing to learn, we’re willing to teach.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
