We are seeking a Craft Cider Sales Representative to join our team! Enthusiasm for cider, agriculture, wine and craft beverages is important as is the desire to be part of solid team making award-winning cider. 

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell bottled and kegged cider to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets in a timely fashion
• Pitch new ideas. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Make deliveries and check on stock and display. Submit invoices and payments in a timely fashion. Track inventory and compliance. 
• Serve as brand ambassador at pouring events, farmers' markets and possibly tasting room. Create and schedule tap takeovers and sampling events at local stores and bars.
• Pursue personal cider education and certification and help introduce others to cider sensory analysis and various types of ciders. 
• Tell the story of our cidery and of southern heirloom apples.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
