We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a ground floor opportunity with enormous growth potential.

Position Overview

The Treatment Coordinator is the first point of contact for new patients and plays a vital role in guiding them through their orthodontic journey. This role requires a friendly, confident communicator who enjoys educating patients, building relationships, and helping them feel comfortable and informed about their treatment options.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome new patients and their families warmly.
• Present treatment plans with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
• Explain financial options and insurance coverage.
• Manage new patient flow and scheduling.
• Follow up with prospective patients to encourage treatment acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain accurate records and track case conversions.
• Support front office functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a customer service/sales role (orthodontic or dental experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident in presenting financial and treatment information.
• Proficient with dental software systems (experience with Cloud 9 or similar is a plus).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
