We’re looking for a Documentation Reviewer to support a leading aerospace manufacturer specializing in flight deck window production. If you're ready to apply your technical knowledge to real-world aviation projects, this is your runway to take off.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract position (3 months) with strong potential for extension. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review technical documents (drawings, assembly instructions, material specs, test data, etc.) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

• Ensure all documentation meets AS9100, FAA, and customer-specific standards

• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to align documentation with production processes and regulatory guidelines

• Maintain strict version control to ensure teams are using the most current documents

• Support additional documentation or QA tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in inspection, documentation review, or quality (or relevant education)

• Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards (AS9100, FAA, ISO 9001)

• Familiarity with First Article Inspections (FAIs)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems

• 2+ years of experience in aerospace or similarly regulated industries

• Exceptional attention to detail and technical communication skills

• Able to work in both office and shop floor environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, QA, or a related technical field

• 5+ years of experience in documentation review or quality in aerospace

• Certifications: AS9100 Internal Auditor, CQE, or similar

• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Windchill

• Working knowledge of GD&T and interpreting aerospace drawings
