• Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject
• 2 years experience as paralegal or legal assistant

FULL DESCRIPTION:

The Paralegal Assistant will support the Company by performing a variety of tasks, including consolidating contracts and other legal documents, drafting documents as required, ensuring all pertinent legal documents are obtained, indexing and monitoring compliance of legal documents with regulatory and audit procedures.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Prepare and review documents required for all contracts, including client, vendor, consultants, etc.
• Ensure documents are reviewed and approved in accordance with the Grant of Authority process
• Ensure all required documentation is completed timely within contract process and deadlines
• Create and maintain a central repository for all legal documents.
• Create and maintain an Index of all executed contracts/agreements as well as those in process.
• Create and implement a tracking mechanism for expiration/renewal deadlines related to contracts/agreements
• Ensure all terminated/expired contracts are indexed and archived.

The selected candidate will also possess:

• Prior legal admin experience working with contracts, preferably within pharma
• Good organization and computer skills
• Bachelors Degree required

   

Salary Range: $24-$28/hour
