Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software

  • Troubleshoot technical issues in person, remotely, and via phone/email

  • Support user account management (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365)

  • Document incidents, solutions, and support procedures

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools

  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
