Key Responsibilities:
Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
Troubleshoot technical issues in person, remotely, and via phone/email
Support user account management (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
Document incidents, solutions, and support procedures
Qualifications:
5+ years of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
