Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Staffing Recruiter to join our team!

You will perform activities such as recruiting new hires and placing general labor and hospitality associates at job sites.

Pay is $20.00-$22.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Accurately maintain employee files
Enter employee information daily into database

Qualifications:

Previous experience in staffing and or recruiting.
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work overtime when needed including weekends
Bi-lingual Spanish required
MS word and Excel knowledge a must
