Job Title: Program Director – Detox Center
Location: Northridge, CA
Compensation: $35–$45 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Summary
The Program Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of our detox program, ensuring clinical and operational excellence. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about recovery, compliance, and team development. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of senior-level leadership experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and support clinical and administrative staff
Ensure compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and accreditation requirements (e.g., DHCS, Joint Commission, CARF)
Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment programming
Collaborate with medical, clinical, and operational teams to ensure high-quality client care
Participate in hiring, training, and performance management of staff
Conduct regular audits of documentation and client records
Facilitate team meetings and case conferences
Address and resolve client or staff concerns promptly and professionally
Work with senior leadership to monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership or program management role within a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting
Strong knowledge of detox protocols, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (e.g., in psychology, social work, public health, or related field)
Valid certification or license (CADC, LMFT, LCSW, AMFT, etc) preferred but not required
Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and maintain compliance
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
