Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated psychiatrists to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative mental health company that values flexibility, autonomy, and professional growth. The psychiatrist will see patients as it pertains to oversight for mid-level practitioner care. Your role will involve seeing four patients in an hour overseeing the quality of care provided by the mid-level practitioner team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of mid-level practitioners, including nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

• Conduct periodic check-ins with patients to ensure quality of care and address any complex clinical issues.

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to the patient care team.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to maintain high standards of care.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

• Utilize telehealth technology to connect with patients and the care team.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified Psychiatrist.

• Valid medical license in the state(s) where you will be providing supervision.

• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technology.

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
