Position Summary

CSP is partnering with a reputable event services company to help them identify a Party Rentals Coordinator to add to their team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our Party Rentals Division during peak and slower times, ensuring a seamless rental experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and comfortable taking direction, jumping in quickly to help as needed to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner

· Answer and manage incoming phone calls; take accurate messages and direct inquiries appropriately

· Guide clients through the full party rental process, including product selection, availability, pricing, and policies

· Prepare and file rental documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date

· Maintain open communication with other departments and support general office operations as needed

· Provide administrative support to the Party Rentals Division, ensuring timely follow-up with clients

· Assist with scheduling, order confirmations, and coordination of delivery or pickup logistics

· Adapt to seasonal variations in office workload, jumping in quickly to support both the Party Rentals Division and other departments during busy periods

Qualifications

· Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event planning preferred

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite); experience with rental or CRM systems is a plus

· Ability to take direction and adjust quickly to changing needs

· Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of workload

· Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team
