Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Remote Telemarketers. This role focuses on outbound calling to generate leads and schedule appointments for our licensed sales producers. This is an entry-level, unlicensed position with clear pathways for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls using provided scripts and lead lists
• Follow proven talk tracks and objection-handling techniques
• Generate interest and schedule appointments for licensed agents
• Document outcomes and maintain lead data in the CRM
• Meet daily and weekly activity goals
• Stay coachable and participate in regular team huddles and training

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with phone-based work and handling objections
• Dependable internet connection and quiet remote work environment
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and growth mindset
• Ability to follow structure and meet daily activity targets

Preferred but Not Required:

• Telemarketing or phone sales experience
• Insurance industry familiarity
