Avery Partners is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer with at least 7 years of experience working in a Physician Practice setting. This position would be full time in the office Mon- Fri 8-5pm. This office has multiple locations with over 15 providers. This will be adding to their current board members(CEO, CMO, and COO). They will work closely with the management team and the billing teams.

• Financial Oversight & Strategy
• Direct the preparation and analysis of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, and regulatory filings.
• Assess the organization’s financial position and provide periodic reports on financial stability, liquidity, and growth projections.
• Oversee the practice's cash flow, ensuring adequate funds for operations, paying bills, and meeting payroll.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Research and monitor healthcare trends, reimbursement changes, payer policies, and legislative developments that could impact private practice sustainability, providing strategic recommendations.
• Identify and execute strategies for revenue diversification, cost-saving initiatives, and financial risk mitigation.
• Coordinate directly with the practice’s accountants for all financial needs, including tax planning, financial audits, and compliance.
