This position will be leasing spaces at multiple properties and working through lease ups for new product. Responsibilities:

• Developing marketing plan for lease up and existing product
• Hiring and developing leasing teams
• Traveling in the San Francisco area to various sites, as well as occasionally to Southern California
• Providing training to site leasing staff to develop their sales abilities for all steps of the process
• Analyzing market trends to identify new markets or sales ideas/techniques for staff
• Collaborating with Senior Sales Executives on new development and market trends
• Working through the renewal process and developing plans to retain staff
• Establishing goals for staff, and developing a plan to execute for success
• Developing relationships with brokers
• Interfacing with brokers as needed
• Contacting potential tenants
• Providing property walk-throughs and training for staff in this function
• Working to develop various commission structures
• Identifying issues in leasing process to provide team with solutions
• Regularly reviewing sales numbers/reporting to identify any changes or upcoming needs
• Assisting staff to retain tenants, and training throughout the process

Must Have:

• BA or BS degree
• Proven history in leasing or related sales role
• 2+ years of experience in commercial leasing
• Prior management/development experience ideal
• MUST be willing to travel to the Bay Area and other west coast locations as needed
