Job Details

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Millwork Laborer to join our production team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the fabrication and assembly of custom wood products such as cabinetry, doors, moldings, and other architectural millwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the fabrication, assembly, and installation of custom millwork components

• Operate basic woodworking tools and machinery (saws, sanders, planers, etc.)

• Load and unload materials, move products within the shop, and assist with staging for delivery or installation

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE

• Support carpenters and lead fabricators as needed

• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in a woodworking or millwork environment is a plus but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
